This is a really good question and there are some foods that are really toxic to dogs! The most dangerous / toxic ones are:
Chocolate – they cant digest it properly and can shake and have fits
Onions – they get damaged blood cells
Macadamia nuts – (sad but true…) makes them wobbly and sick
Grapes and saltanas, raisins etc – they can get kidney failure (some dogs seem ok but others can be really sick)
