Well, if you follow the ‘creationist’ theory then Adam was the first person on earth, and was made by God (who was made by ???)
But… if you follow the more scientific theory of evolution then the first person apparently lived in africa, where ‘homo sapiens’ first evolved about 200,000 years ago. (homo sapiens by the way is latin for wise man!)
