Could you be a bit more specific when you say ‘eco situations’?
If you mean the environment generally, then of course the environment is different in different parts of the world.
If you mean what people do that affects the environment, then yes, that’s also different in different parts of the world. For example, each person in a developed (rich) country produces many more times as much greenhouse gas as a person in a developing (poor) country because the person in the developed country uses more electricity, has a car, eats more meat, and so on.
