Question: which is more important, to eat healthy, or exercise????

    Well…both. But, if you want to maintain a healthy weight AND you had to chose between one and the other, then its your diet that probably has the bigger role. 🙂

    That’s not to take away from the benefits of exercise though – endorphins, strong bones, muscles and general happiness! 🙂

    now… going for a run. 😉

  2. Yes definitely both!
    It is all about balance – often the two are linked…..people that eat healthy are taking action to improve their quality of life….part of that is also doing some form of exercise!
