It really started when I was in Canberra, I started noticing differences in the way I felt depending on what I was eating for breakfast. I was riding my bike 12km to get to work; that ride was difficult when I hadn’t had a good breakfast!
then i started looking into the research and science and noticed there was alot of bad stuff happening that is linked to our diet. fast food, processed food, convenience food was all making us fat and generally unhealthy.
this is really the start of what triggered me into this field.
