No matter how long the food sits in your stomach, no. Mould does not like to live in acid and our stomach juices are far too acidic for mould to survive.
There is bacteria in our stomach and intestines though, but these bacteria are made to live in that environment. If you moved those bacteria to a non-acidic or basic environment, they probably would not survive either! I guess its a great example of how things adapt to the environment they are in.
